    Engineering manager

    I am managing the engineering team of WP Media composed of ≈10 software engineers and QA engineers. I directly report to the CEO.

    I organize the team to maximize efficiency, quality, and growth of the team’s expertise.

    The team is developing and maintaining our products (WP Rocket, Imagify, RocketCDN) as well as our back-office tools.

    French fintech unicorn offering a mobile banking app used by more than 10 millions users

    Technical Product Manager – Core Banking

    I was responsible for the Core Banking system: its evolution, maintenance and operations. This system is handling ≈600M€ of transactions per month (wallet-to-wallet, acquiring, issuing, SEPA transfers) and generated ≈1M€/month of revenues.

    I led the team of software engineers and operations specialists for that scope and defined the product roadmap.

    I led the design of a complete revamp of the Core Banking system with the team. I oversaw the implementation and delivery of this new system, and its roll-out to replace the legacy one.

    Leader in instrumentation for testing, telemetry and communications for space

    Product Engineering Manager (2021 – 2022)

    I launched and managed the Cortex NuRoN product line: the first fully software-based modem of the company.

    I recruited, managed and led a team of 6 engineers (software developers, signal processing engineers, project managers) dedicated to the product line.

    Technical Project Manager (2020)

    I managed projects and delivered custom telecommunication modems for clients of the Cortex HDR product line. (C++, VHDL, Matlab)

    Signal Processing Engineer (2019 – 2020)

    I designed and implemented signal processing algorithms for satellite telecommunication within the Cortex HDR product line. (C++, VHDL, Matlab)
